Godly fear, in its truest sense, is a state of awe and astonishment at God’s goodness discovered and experienced in the Person and finished work of JESUS.
This message is a deeper exploration of “Yir’ah,” which is the Hebrew word for “fear.”
The fear (Yir’ah) of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight. Proverbs 9:10 (ESV)
